EDT OFFICIEL LIMITED provides advertising, branding, marketing consultancy, digital campaigns, media buying, and related strategic services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service offerings at any time
  • Refuse service at our discretion
  • Update pricing structures without prior notice

1.3 Client Obligations

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Ensure all provided content complies with Hong Kong law
  • Obtain necessary rights for all creative materials supplied
  • Make payments on time

The Company is not responsible for client-provided materials that infringe intellectual property rights.

1.4 Fees and Payment Terms

  • All invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur 5% monthly interest.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

1.5 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property created remains the property of EDT OFFICIEL LIMITED until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, agreed deliverables are licensed to the client for specified commercial use.
  • The Company retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Hong Kong law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.
  • We do not guarantee specific marketing results.

1.7 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Business strategies
  • Marketing data
  • Financial information
  • Trade secrets

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
